The presentation time for oral presentations will be 20 minutes (15min + 5min of Q&A). All presenters are requested to keep to their allotted time and be regularly registered.
The oral presentations sessions will be held in different rooms as scheduled in the timetable of the program. All presenters are requested to mail their presentation to email@example.com before February 10th. This can also be done at the registration desk during the morning registration, but please avoid this to prevent long waiting queues. Uploads in the session room are not possible. Presenters must be in the session room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session and must remain there until the end of the session. Please indicate your presence to the session chair. All presentations have to be given in English, preferably supported by a PowerPoint presentation. It is not possible to use your own computer.
Please note, there is a specific template for oral presentations. Download the template for your first and last slide. You are free to use slides of your institute/company in between.
Two “best oral presentation awards” will be granted to the participants of the oral presentation sessions.
The size of the posters should be A0 (size 841 x 1189 mm).
The abstracts selected for poster presentations will be displayed in the poster area. All the posters will be displayed for the whole duration of the conference. Presenters need to be available next to the poster during the time slots reserved for poster presentation in order to be evaluated.
Two awards will be granted to the best posters.
